a walk in the park

 

One of my favorite places on earth, Balboa Park happens to be right outside my front door. Needless to say, I spend a lot of time here. It provides a lot of inspiration and houses the San Diego Zoo (another favorite place). My new year resolution: to continue to take more walks, time to yourself rocks!

rooftop nights

Don't mind the lack of fashion, it felt like a leather jacket, jeans and (dare I say) flats kind of evening. Feeling blessed to have this rooftop to gather my thoughts. There is something so peaceful about living in this city.

los angeles scramble

I recently spent some time in LA with these little sweethearts... even got myself a special Trader Joe's scramble. Nothing beats a little lunch at Toast and good company. It's good to get out of San Diego and visit with friends in Lost Angeles.

new york, new york

I've been in love with New York since I was in high school (many years ago) and have dreamed of living there at some point in my life. My mom and I recently took a trip out to the city around Fashion Week. No matter how many times I've been, it feels just as amazing as the first. An (ammeter) photographer's (such as myself) dream.

I'm nearing my (gulp) 30's in a couple years, with a lot of amazing experiences, soooooo... What better way to exploit my humor, fascination, and often naive opinions in all things that amuse me? Sort of like Carrie in Sex and the City, but without rent control and name brands. I've traveled to places and fell in love with cities and people I barely even know. I'm easily amused and throw the word (emotion) love around a whole lot. I actually mean it more than I'd like to, but life is too short to feel anything but love.  I still consider myself sometimes jaded, moody and often sarcastic (so, get ready for it) but still manage to have a huge passion for life. I don't see myself settling down anytime soon (gypsy) so I've succumbed to blogging (just) about anything.
